Winners of international competitions and olympiads, creators of innovative projects and future ukrainian scientists recorded a video addressed to the President, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the international community.
They sent these records from the places, where they were forced to evacuate from russian aggression, from their homes in the intervals between shelling and air raids.
“We would like to raise the flag of Ukraine in the international arenas. We wanted to tell the world about our country at scientific competitions and olympiads. We would like to sing the anthem of Ukraine during the awards ceremony instead of hearing hail and explosions from missile strikes. We wished to explore.
We would like to open something new, launch startups, change our communities instead of waiting in shelters while our cities are under threat. We would like to walk around Andriyivsky, eat street food on the waterfront of Mariupol and contemplate Kharkiv from a bird’s eye view.
We also wanted to laugh and hug those we love and who love us. We wish to prepare for two international Olympiads, which Ukraine will host for the first time in 2022.
We would love SO MUCH! And no one! No one can stop our desires! “Dream hard!” – our teachers and supervisors tell us. And we dream!
We dream, act and promise you, our country, that we will take care of every inch of our land. We will glorify Ukraine with our scientific research and breakthrough discoveries! That we will always be stable and devotees. And we will always be there!
In the meantime, thanks to our Armed Forces and the desperate boys and girls from territorial defense. Thanks to our doctors and nurses who save lives 24 to 7! Also thanks to everyone who donated, volunteered, supported psychologically!
